Company Policy:

To place an order and to hold your spot, a Non-refundable deposit is required!
-A small deposit is required to place initial booking,
-1-1/2 weeks prior to event, 50% is due
-Total amount due 2 days prior to event/pickup.

We understand in the event of an emergency, things happen, we are willing to work with you. The status of baked goods/event products bought and made will determined the situation.
